Teen boy living in foster care waits for his CASA volunteer

Each year, approximately 40% of CASA's budget is sourced from unrestricted funds, funds that are raised in addition to state and federal grants. These invaluable contributions have a profound effect. A significant 70% of all funds raised are channeled directly into programs dedicated to assisting abused and neglected children. CASA incurs an average cost of around $3,000 to provide one child or a family of children with the support of a dedicated CASA volunteer throughout the fiscal year. To continue and enhance our services for children residing in foster care, we heavily rely on the generosity of our community partners, corporations, and individuals.

CASA is a tax-exempt organization under Section 501 (c)(3) of the IRS Code and your gifts are tax deductible as the law allows. Click here for our most recent 990 Form or find out more about CASA on Guidestar (Candid).
